ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน

1. การยอมรับ

เมื่อติดตั้งหรือใช้ KT Karaoke ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ และ ข้อกำหนดในการให้บริการของ YouTube เพราะวิดีโอทั้งหมดเล่นผ่าน YouTube API Services

2. เนื้อหาวิดีโอ

KT Karaoke ไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของ จัดเก็บ หรือแก้ไขวิดีโอใด ๆ วิดีโอ เพลง เนื้อร้อง และรูปตัวอย่าง เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของเจ้าของแต่ละราย และให้บริการโดย YouTube แอปไม่ตัดหรือแยกเสียง ไม่ปิดโฆษณา และไม่ดาวน์โหลดวิดีโอเก็บไว้

3. การใช้งานที่เหมาะสม

ใช้เพื่อความบันเทิงส่วนตัวหรือในครอบครัว การเปิดในเชิงพาณิชย์ (เช่น ร้านคาราโอเกะ) อาจต้องได้รับอนุญาตด้านลิขสิทธิ์เพลงเพิ่มเติม ซึ่งเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้
ห้ามดัดแปลงแอปเพื่อเลี่ยงข้อจำกัดหรือโฆษณาของ YouTube

4. บัญชี YouTube

การเชื่อมบัญชีเป็นทางเลือก ดูรายละเอียดการใช้ข้อมูลได้ที่ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

5. การรับประกันและความรับผิด

แอปให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ บางวิดีโออาจเล่นไม่ได้เพราะข้อจำกัดของเจ้าของคลิปหรือประเทศ ในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ผู้พัฒนาไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้แอป

6. การเปลี่ยนแปลง

ข้อกำหนดนี้อาจปรับปรุงได้ โดยจะแก้วันที่มีผลด้านบน ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย ติดต่อ [email protected]

Terms of Use

Effective 25 October 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing or using KT Karaoke you agree to these terms and to the YouTube Terms of Service, since all videos are played through the YouTube API Services.

2. Video content

KT Karaoke does not own, host or modify any video. Videos, music, lyrics and thumbnails belong to their respective owners and are provided by YouTube. The app does not remove or separate audio, does not block ads and does not download videos.

3. Acceptable use

The app is intended for personal and household entertainment. Public or commercial performance (for example in a karaoke bar) may require separate music licensing, which is the user's responsibility.
Do not modify the app to circumvent YouTube's restrictions or advertising.

4. YouTube account

Connecting an account is optional. See the Privacy Policy for how its data is used.

5. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Some videos may not play because of the uploader's or regional restrictions. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Contact: [email protected]
